Raw Chocolate Fudge Recipe (And it's healthy!)

The lovely people at Buy Whole Foods sent me the biggest jar of Raw Wildflower Bulgarian Honey you have ever seen, so I can create some tasty, yet healthy treats!

Raw honey is honey in its purest form, it's unfiltered and unpasteurised which means it retains all the nutrients which are lost in your supermarket bought honey (which undergoes filtering and heating processes). Raw honey also contains bee pollen which is a great source of protein and it also tastes way more flavourful than regular honey. The Raw Wildflower Bulgarian Honey is so much sweeter and has a scrumptious, floral after taste.

For my first raw honey recipe I made raw chocolate fudge! Recipe below:

Ingredients:

100g Coconut Oil

100g Almond Butter

50g Raw Cacao

100g Honey

A Pinch of Sea Salt

Directions:

Mix the almond butter and coconut oil in a food processor, next add the raw cacao and the rest of the ingredients and whizz for a few minutes until gooey.

Scoop out the mix and place it in a small (coconut oil greased or greaseproof paper lined) baking tray, then pop in the freezer for 1 hour.

Cut up your fudge into bite size pieces, then pop them back in the fridge until you're ready to eat them. Simple!
